Holistic Health Care Consultations
Your first consultation typically will last about 2 hours, with subsequent appointments about 1 hour. Your first appointment consists of the following:

• Comprehensive review of personal history and health care needs
• Abdominal massage focused on aligning reproductive and abdominal organs
• Sacral massage focused on reducing scar tissue to allow optimal nerve impulses to the pelvic area
• Complimentary techniques such as soft tissue corrections, Reiki, may be used for enhanced results
• Instruction in self-care techniques which can be used at home to enhance the benefit of the treatment
• Dietary recommendations
• Possible recommendations for herbal remedies and/or supplements
• Recommendations of other modalities that might be beneficial

Follow up appointments are typically an hour in length, and will review how things are going, what needs to be adjusted, what additional recommendations we might want to add.

All appointments with Jennifer are aimed at developing a partnership with you, to guide you on your path to wellness. Jennifer will make recommendations, and you have the choice of what you wish to do. All recommendations are tailored to you as an individual, not you as the ‘dis-ease’ you have (for example, two people with the same problem may get completely different recommendations). All recommendations will be focused on addressing the symptoms you have, but also addressing the root cause of why the symptoms have developed.
